| Awards: | All participants recieve a race t-shirt. An award ceremony will follow the race. Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each age group and trophies will be given to the top overall male and female finishers. A drawing will be held with raffle prizes. |
| Proceeds: | Net proceeds from this race will go to Engineers Without Borders, a non-profit organization established in 2000 to help developing areas worldwide with their engineering needs, while involving and training a new kind of internationally responsible engineering student. |
